Privacy notice

How our websites handle usage statistics, project enquiries and information submitted through earlier application forms.

Last updated: 2026-10-28

This notice covers the Chinese website (omindos.cn), the English website (omindos.ai/en/) and project information submitted through earlier website application forms. The website operator is OriginMind (深圳源灵智能科技有限公司). For questions about this notice, a project enquiry or an earlier application, contact sales@omindos.ai.

1. Chinese website and related services

The Chinese website serves pages and media from Tencent Cloud and has no user registration form. JavaScript-enabled pages send one anonymous, same-origin page-view event when first visible. Recognized browser automation, prerendering, prefetching and common crawler or automation-tool user agents are excluded from the filtered count. These rules affect statistics only and do not prevent normal access to website pages. They cannot identify all automation or establish that an event came from a person. The counts represent filtered page views, rather than unique visitors or people currently online. New Chinese website events are not sent to the English or former website statistics databases. Technical server logs may include IP addresses, request paths, access times and browser information to operate the service, diagnose faults and prevent abnormal access.

The Chinese collector stores cumulative counts and recent minute-level aggregates on Tencent Cloud. Its statistics database does not store raw IP addresses, accounts, cookies, browser fingerprints or unique visitor identifiers. Connection addresses are used only for short-term, in-memory rate limiting. Minute-level aggregates are retained for approximately two days; cumulative counts do not currently have a fixed automatic deletion period.

Since the filtered collection began on 17 October 2026, Chinese cumulative and recent 24-hour page views have been counted separately from earlier unfiltered history. The automated share of that history cannot be reconstructed accurately. A separate snapshot of 1,109 earlier Pages events from originmind.pages.dev/api/visits is not Chinese website visitor data, and its country distribution does not describe Chinese website traffic. Neither history is added to the filtered total or used to infer people or online users. New Chinese events do not currently include country or region geolocation.

OA, OmindOS Cloud, courses, the robot arena and the AI assistant operate as separate services. Their login and online-user statistics require their own session or heartbeat evidence and cannot be inferred from website page views. Account, learning, task and conversation data are handled according to each service’s functions. This notice about the static website does not mean those services process no account or business data.

2. English website usage statistics

Pages that load the English website’s statistics script send a same-origin page-load event. Refreshing or opening another page can generate another event. Totals may include automated requests and repeated loads. These figures are page-load counts, not unique visitors, authenticated people or users currently online. Browser settings and script failures can affect coverage.

The statistics database on Tencent Cloud in Singapore stores cumulative counts and aggregates by country and minute. Country estimates use a local DB-IP Lite database; connection IP addresses are not sent to DB-IP for lookup. Historical country aggregates retain their original country codes. IP Geolocation by DB-IP. The application does not store raw IP addresses, user-agent strings, browser fingerprints, advertising identifiers or unique visitor IDs in that database. No analytics cookie or persistent visitor identifier is created. On a new event, minute-level aggregates older than two days are removed. Cumulative totals and country aggregates do not currently have a fixed automatic deletion period.

The Chinese website uses a separate domestic collector. Its statistics are not merged into the English collection. Aggregate page-load data cannot establish the share of human visitors, and historical Cloudflare automated-request reports cannot be applied directly as a correction percentage.

Legacy language pages store the selected language in browser local storage under originmind.language and may also set a functional cookie named originmind_language for up to one year. Local storage has no fixed expiry and remains until you clear this site’s browser data. Neither mechanism is used for usage statistics or advertising.

3. Project enquiries and earlier applications

Our websites receive project enquiries by email. The English contact-page form only prepares the information you enter on the current page; it does not submit it or save it in persistent browser storage. Copying places the summary on your device clipboard. Opening the email link transfers it to your email application, where you choose whether to send it. The Chinese contact page also offers this email fallback. After you send an email, we use the contact details and project information for follow-up.

The Chinese contact page also accepts online enquiries. Contact details and consent are required before submission. The form sends the enquiry type, organisation and contact name, contact details, operating environment, expected outcome and project requirements to OriginMind OA at oa.omindos.cn, where an administrator follow-up task is created. The form does not save this information in persistent browser storage. A random submission identifier is used to prevent duplicate submissions. Short-lived, one-way source hashes are held in memory for rate limiting.

The following paragraphs describe information submitted through earlier website application forms.

For information submitted through an earlier website application form, we process the company name, contact name and work email you provide, together with any phone, WhatsApp or WeChat contact details you choose to provide. We also process the robot type or model, operating system and interfaces, preferred start date, expected deployment quantity, current and target capabilities, test-unit and interface-documentation status, selected program track, and any additional project notes.

The system also stores the form language, submission time, receipt number, submission identifier, the version of this notice accepted with the application, and a hash used to check content integrity. To limit repeated or abnormal submissions, the website processes the connection IP address to create a date-derived source hash. The raw IP address is not written to the application table, but the derived source hash is stored with the application record.

Do not include passwords, government identification numbers, financial account details, or sensitive information unrelated to the application.

4. How we use the information

We use this information to assess the robot platform and project requirements, contact the applicant, arrange follow-up, issue and match receipts, support safe retries, prevent abuse, and maintain aggregate website operating statistics. Submitting an application does not confirm a partnership, create a payment commitment or start a project.

5. Storage and access

Online enquiries from the Chinese contact page are stored in the OriginMind OA database on Alibaba Cloud. Only administrators can view the full enquiry. The general to-do list shows only the enquiry identifier and a follow-up prompt.

Earlier website applications are stored in the website database on Tencent Cloud in Singapore and are available only to authorized administrators for application review and follow-up. Migration archives remain under restricted administrative access. Application contents are not available through a public listing endpoint. English website statistics and earlier applications are stored in separate tables within the website database, independently of Chinese static-page hosting. Historical consent records retain the notice version accepted when the application was submitted.

6. Retention and your requests

Chinese online enquiry records and earlier website application records do not currently have a fixed automatic deletion period. Enquiry information is used for project assessment and follow-up; earlier application information is used for evaluation, follow-up and receipt matching. To ask what enquiry or application information we hold, or to request its correction or deletion, email sales@omindos.ai. Include the enquiry identifier or application receipt number when available so that we can identify the record.

7. Service providers

The Chinese website uses Tencent Cloud for pages and media. Online enquiries submitted through the Chinese contact page use OriginMind OA, hosted on Alibaba Cloud, for storage and administrator follow-up. The English website, its statistics database and the earlier application system use Tencent Cloud in Singapore for hosting, database storage and request processing. Those services may process technical request information as needed to deliver, protect and maintain the website. If you choose to contact us by email, the email service provider will also process the contents of your message.
