For industry teams and integrators

Robot system integration

Start with the inspection task. Define how the robot, sensors and OmindOS will work together, then agree on integration and testing.

How we approach integration

Define the task, agree on the interfaces and assess results under documented test conditions.

  1. 01

    Define the task

Identify the operating area, inspection targets, access and communications. Agree on the data to collect and the project scope.

  2. 02

    Agree on the interfaces

Review sensor, controller and compute interfaces. Record the platform configuration, software versions and each team’s responsibilities.

  3. 03

    Test the integrated system

Test the workflow along an agreed route. Record data completeness, human intervention and exception handling, then document the findings and open issues.

Scope and acceptance criteria

Requirements

Tasks and data

Define inspection targets, locations and data requirements, alongside the interfaces available on existing robots and equipment.

Responsibilities

Interfaces and ownership

Agree on hardware configuration, software adaptation, site support and documentation. Define the scope of maintenance, fault handling and version updates after testing.

Validation

Test and acceptance criteria

Keep the conditions, configuration, methods and results together. Use agreed criteria to assess task completion and the conditions in which the system can operate.

Start with one representative route

Share a route, the main inspection targets, your existing equipment and the results you need. We can assess one route before considering a wider deployment.
