FOUNDING OEM PARTNER PROGRAM
5 founding partner slots · Foundation: 20-license minimum · Advanced: 10-license minimum
OmindOS™ is a Robot Agent OS for real-world robots. Five founding OEM partner slots are open to manufacturers with defined product roadmaps. Following technical evaluation, selected partners work with us on requirements, interface design, integration, and field validation. Preliminary work can begin with requirements alignment, interface assessment and initial on-robot validation. Formal integration starts once the project-start conditions below are confirmed. The Foundation track requires a minimum initial order of 20 software licenses; the Advanced track requires 10.
Development status: OmindOS product releases are in development. The Foundation release is planned for January 2027 and the Advanced release for June 2027. These dates are current development targets, not unconditional delivery commitments. Final scope and schedules will be governed by written agreement.
THE PROGRAM
We first assess the robot platform, interface readiness, and target use case. Qualified partners then proceed to technical evaluation, joint development, and staged release validation.
Contribute to interface design, capability boundaries, deployment methods, and release planning based on a real product roadmap.
Qualified partners enter formal integration in the order in which agreements are signed.
At project start, the advance payment is credited in full toward the first software license order.
Get access to demos, interface guidance and test builds, with training and support for validation on your robots.
PRODUCT TRACKS
Each partner slot covers one company and one production or pre-production robot model. Integration begins with a minimum initial order of 20 Foundation software licenses or 10 Advanced software licenses.
Navigation · Localization · Perception
Mobile manipulation · Dual-arm coordination
Project-start minimum orderThe Foundation track requires a minimum initial order of 20 software licenses; the Advanced track requires 10 software licenses. Formal integration work begins only after the applicable commitment is confirmed.
There is no direct payment on this page. Payment and scheduling begin only after the application is approved, the technical scope is agreed upon, and a written partner-slot reservation and advance-payment agreement is signed.
RELEASE TIMELINE
Through the end of 2026, work focuses on requirements, interfaces, prototypes, and staged testing. The Foundation and Advanced releases then follow in sequence.
Confirm the robot platform and use case, then define interface specifications, the technical approach, demonstrations and test preparations.
Navigation, localization, perception, SLAM, and OmindOS integration for mobile, inspection, and AGV robots.
Extend Foundation with arm control, mobile manipulation, and dual-arm coordination through staged partner validation.
Qualified partners with signed project contracts enter integration, deployment, testing, and acceptance according to the agreed schedule.
COOPERATION PROCESS
Describe the robot and target use case
Initial review within approximately 10 business days of receiving a complete application
Sign the agreement and make the advance payment
Align interfaces and review prototypes and test results
Minimum initial order: 20 Foundation or 10 Advanced software licenses
APPLY
We assess the robot platform, current software stack, target capabilities, and test-unit readiness. Applying creates no payment obligation and does not confirm a partner slot.
Please note: The Foundation track requires a minimum initial order of 20 software licenses; the Advanced track requires 10 software licenses.
